On Wednesday, October 2nd, Fr. Ted will lead the SS. Peter & Paul Men’s Group in a discussion about the life and spirituality of St. Francis de Sales.

St. Francis de Sales called men and women to seek holiness no matter their station in life. He emphasized that holiness can look different, manifested through each of us in different ways, allowing each person’s vocation or craft to be perfected through their devotion to the Lord. He encourages all to truly practice their devotion by their actions, not by contemplation alone. And because of the perfection created by true devotion, he understood the need for such holiness to be applied in all areas, not just in religious contexts, but in secular life, as well.
